DM90 key input

press menu/others/bisskey
enter channel SID in first four line leaving the last two digit to 00 or 1F then input key then exit to save.
the rule is the first Channel SID to be recognized will be the one to use by the cam so delete duplicate unwanted keys.
you can save upto 30 keys. if not then flash your DM with new firmware.

Flashing Dreambox tru Telnet

have your dreambox flash with new image. in a flash, super fast :D

* backup your image and all settings and parameters by issuing a command in telnet using DCC.

cat /dev/mtd/3 > /tmp/backup.img

then hit enter. go to /tmp folder and save backup.img to a safe location.

download this good image for kambal with philippine satellite list

*delete the backup.img from /tmp. then ftp new image to /tmp and rename it backup.img

and issue telnet command

cd /tmp && eraseall /dev/mtd/3 && cp backup.img /dev/mtd/3 && reboot

hit enter.

*dont take coffee because no time to wait. you have new image in a flash!

DISH ROTATOR WITH DIY C/KU LNB

Digipower dish rotator with my DIY c/ku lnb. split tru tone switch.
As of the moment it is working with asiasat5 c/ku, asiasat3C, telkom1, nss11, palapaC2, koreasat5, ST1, nss6, intelsat8, ge23, abs5 c/ku. Outdoor channel signal quality is 78% on c-band.

God is good. He gave me a hobby to to play around and at the same time earning from it. He bless me with equipment for this hobby. But it was a gloomy day today and since yesterday. The reason is somebody stole my Vonet wifi for dreambox, S10 openbox HD, and my precious satellite finder.

Card Sharing

I am into card sharing hobby now. I like to share what ever I have to watch channel for a hobby. I exchange card share to those who have server also and I share to those who want to watch also even if they don't have card to share. But its annoying if a card sharing hobbyist tell you that he have certain card on CS but refuse to give you share even for a test as a proof. They play the game as a business. Good bye to 1 of my peer in Asia. He did not play the game fairly.

Its a wonderful blessing and a new experience again for us as a CTS installer. My Korean agent called for a meeting with another CTS support grant. This time it will be installed in a 9th floor building mission hotel called A Grain Of Wheat Christian Ministries. Rev. Amy Kim Treated us on a tour to their seminar hotel. As soon as we enter the lobby we feel that its like we are already in Korea. All are made for God and in order. She showed us every room and floor including the penthouse and the roof deck were we will install the dish. Its a wonderful place and they said that they want all TV in the mission hotel to have atleast CTS channel. I prepare a quotation and submitted the next day. She said that its all done deal that i should make the contract and start the installation. After a few hours I came back with a contract. She just read it, ask how much is the discount. I replied 10% like a tithe then she laughed and signed the contract.We started this morning and we finish up to the penthouse TV only. Hoping that we will finish it on Saturday.

After nine months of no CTS approve application, missionary Lim Changnam of Filam Village Q.C. was granted a support for CTS satellite TV installation. Hoping and praying that this would be a good start.

to maximize the signal of 1.5m 6 petals prime focus dish. I have to put a duct tape on the space and center hole. I also place a tin foil in between to act as reflector. The result is an increase in signal/quality by 20%
